East Preston Parish Council

East Preston Parish Council is delighted to support the East Preston Business Community having arranged Business Breakfasts since 2008 with the express intention of making East Preston a better place to do business.

East Preston Parish Council is here to make the village a better place to live. The council works with other local authorities and organisations to achieve this, most closely Arun District Council, West Sussex County Council and Sussex Police.
Recent projects include the East Preston Food & Drink Festival, the East Preston Christmas Celebrations event, increased Christmas lighting in the village, increased flower planting including the very popular wild flower meadows and an ongoing programme of improvements to the Warren recreation ground. Continuing projects are the provision of a multi-use games area at Lashmar recreation ground and major improvements to the Sea Road toilets.

The council publishes a quarterly newsletter which is delivered to most households in East Preston. If you have an email address and would like to receive more frequent updates from the council, please sign up for e-newsletters – http://eepurl.com/ovq6v.

Monthly council meetings take place on the first working Monday of every month at East Preston Infant School and members of the public are welcome to attend. Time is set aside at the beginning of the evening for comment upon any item on that evening’s agenda.

Alternatively, you can contact the council via email, telephone, letter, visit, councillor surgeries or click the Facebook link opposite. We would love to hear what you like and dislike about living in East Preston.
