About Kim
Kim has lived in East Preston since 1996 and enjoys spending spare time with her family. Having previously spent 12 years with back ache, she was delighted to experience pain relief after a few sessions of Bowen Therapy. Kim was always interested in complimentary medicine and after a years studying, she qualified in 2007. Kim then worked in a local health centre gaining experience and has gone on to qualify in other therapies.

Therapies available
The Bowen Technique – is a gentle, soft tissue therapy, helping to ease stress held in the body, reduce pain and initiate the healing process. All sessions are adapted to suit each individual client. Ideal for newborns, children and adults.

Facial Rejuvenation – combines facial massage with acupressure and lymphatic drainage moves. This relaxing therapy also includes a neck and shoulder massage.

Thai Foot Massage – uses a combination of hands and Thai foot stick to stimulate the reflex points, boost the lymphatic system and includes a therapeutic massage to your lower legs and feet.

Food Intolerance Testing – a comprehensive test using your hair against 600 food & non food items. It also includes our exclusive nutrition and metals toxicity test.
